Close to Elizabeth line stop, proximity to McDonald's across the road, good location for local transport access

Rooms could greatly benefit from basic maintenance like hooks in the bathroom!!! Basic facilities like a single bath towel are hardly sufficient!!! Carpet and wall repairs would make a more pleasant stay!!!

The room was clean and comfortable with ample parking available, which made our stay easy and hassle-free. Perfect for grabbing a late-night snack at the 24-hour McDonald's right across the road! Having a kettle for tea was a nice touch too.

I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, and I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby public transport. the room decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit dated.

The room was clean but needed some work, like the blocked shower and black mould on tiles. The bed had rock-hard pillows and only one per guest. Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free tea making facilities and multiple TV channels were a plus.

We stayed for a night and while the breakfast was super nice, the room had some serious issues. Showers barely worked, hot water was a no-show, and I found some sketchy stuff at the reception. The location's decent if you wanna get to central fast tho.

My stay was nothing short of delightful! The room was a cozy little escape, thoughtfully decorated with soft lighting and plush bedding that made for the perfect relaxation spot. And don’t get me started on the staff—they treated me like family, always ready with a smile and helpful tips to make my visit extraordinary.

The room had a strong drainage odor, peeling wallpaper, and dirty walls. The bedding had cigarette burns, and the kettle looked unhygienic. The shower struggled with inconsistent water pressure, and the shared bathroom lacked privacy.

The family room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, perfect for our four babies. We ventured to Upton Park, where the atmosphere was electric, and the kids loved the experience. Despite some concerns, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

In my wife’s opinion, the room lacked proper soundproofing. For families, it would be great to have safety features for babies like corner guards or crib rentals.
